The WG service
A practical workflow for each shipment.
Prepare and confirm
Check the sender, recipient, package and required customs details. A quote or saved draft does not purchase a label. Shipment creation requires the user to review the details and separately confirm the amount.
Documents and tracking
Open available saved labels and commercial invoices for printing, manage shipment records and review tracking information. Document access depends on the shipment, account permissions and applicable retention period.
Access by account
Customer store connections and imported orders are associated with their WG account. Shipment access and actions are limited by account ownership and assigned permissions.
Amazon integration
Prepared for seller-authorized shipping.
Not yet open to customersThe Amazon integration is being prepared for sellers to connect through Amazon's official authorization page. Customer access will depend on a configured public application and the required Amazon approvals. WG does not ask sellers to provide their Amazon password or developer credentials.
- 01Authorize your seller account
Once access is enabled, an authorized customer can connect their own seller account through Amazon's official sign-in and consent flow.
- 02Choose when to import
The customer manually selects their connected store and imports orders. Refreshing the WG page does not synchronize new marketplace orders.
- 03Review the shipment draft
Eligible seller-fulfilled orders can become editable shipment drafts. Actual package details, addresses, customs information and the quote still need review.
- 04Confirm an existing shipment
With separate permission, the carrier, tracking number and item quantities can be sent to Amazon after a successful shipment is saved. Uncertain results are checked before another submission.
Seller-fulfilled orders only
Amazon-fulfilled orders (FBA), cancelled or completed orders, partially fulfilled orders, existing package records and unsupported special delivery programs are not eligible for another WG label.
Know what the amount represents.
The displayed quote is an estimate. Recorded shipping debits, approved final charges and any confirmed difference are shown separately when available. Final carrier billing, customs duties, taxes or other applicable adjustments may require additional review.
