Privacy · Amazon integration
Your seller and shipment information.
This policy explains how WG handles information used for its Amazon seller connection and related shipping functions.
Effective date: October 23, 2026
Operator: wg capital usa inc
Privacy contact: wgcapitalebay@gmail.com
At a glance
- Amazon customer access is not yet open. Amazon information is accessed through a seller's authorization when the integration is enabled.
- Imported Amazon order copies and unfinished source drafts expire seven days after their first import.
- That expiry also removes associated stored labels and commercial invoices from WG.
- For access, correction, stopping access or earlier deletion, contact us by email. Requests require a manual identity and scope check.
1. Who handles your information
WG Shipping Workspace is operated by wg capital usa inc. This policy concerns information obtained through Amazon seller authorization and the associated WG shipping workflow. It also covers information you provide when using those functions or contacting us about them.
Amazon and selected carriers handle information under their own notices and service terms. WG does not claim approval, partnership or endorsement by Amazon or any carrier.
2. Information involved
When an Amazon connection is enabled and authorized, WG may process the seller and marketplace identifiers, connection status and authorization credentials needed to maintain that connection. Depending on the approved roles and requested function, order information can include order identifiers, items, quantities, order status, recipient name, phone number and delivery address.
The related shipping workflow may also involve sender details, package weight and dimensions, customs declarations, the selected service, tracking numbers, labels, commercial invoices, estimated charges and account or financial records. Support requests may contain your account reference, contact details and the information needed to identify the issue.
Seller passwords and verification codes are entered on Amazon's official pages. Customers do not need to enter developer keys or seller tokens in WG forms.
3. Why the information is used
WG uses information to maintain the authorized seller connection, manually import and review orders, prepare shipment drafts, request rates, create user-confirmed shipments, provide documents and tracking, and review related account and billing matters. Information may also be needed to provide support, prevent unauthorized activity and investigate service problems.
With a separately assigned permission, WG can send Amazon the carrier, tracking number and relevant item quantities for an existing successful shipment. A draft or quote alone does not purchase a label. A shipment-confirmation update does not establish that a carrier has collected the parcel.
The prepared integration is for these shipping functions. It does not include a function for selling imported buyer information or using it for unrelated marketing.
4. When information is shared
- Amazon: the official authorization process and authorized order operations exchange the information needed to connect the seller account, read orders and confirm shipments.
- FedEx: when you request an applicable rate, address check, label, customs document or tracking operation, the necessary information is provided to the configured service. International shipping can require recipient and customs information on a commercial invoice.
- Address lookup services: when configured address suggestions or address/postal searches are used, necessary query details are sent to Geoapify. When US ZIP-code auto-fill is used, the browser requests a ZIP lookup from Zippopotam.us. These lookups do not replace the user's review or a carrier's address requirements.
Connecting a store does not automatically send all historical orders to a carrier. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law. External providers may handle requests in locations different from the user or recipient.
5. Account controls and protection
WG uses account permissions and ownership checks to limit functions and customer data access. Public workspace access uses HTTPS. We use technical and management measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse or loss.
Keep WG and marketplace sign-in details private, grant access only to people who need it, and contact us if you believe an account has been misused. No system can eliminate every security risk.
6. Retention and document availability
The current Amazon integration keeps imported order copies and associated unfinished source drafts for seven days from the first import. Repeated synchronization does not extend that period. The associated Amazon shipment-confirmation task expires with the source order.
Expiry also affects linked shipments: associated personal shipment details and stored label and invoice files are removed from WG. Those documents can no longer be opened through WG after expiry. If you need a permitted copy for the shipment, obtain it before it expires and handle it appropriately.
Amazon 来源副本首次导入后保留 7 天;到期清理也会影响关联面单和商业发票,之后无法从 WG 打开。
This automatic cleanup does not cancel a carrier shipment or issue a refund. Printed or downloaded copies and existing backups are not erased by this automatic expiry. Separate transport, account and financial records may be needed for continuing service, reconciliation or a specific legal obligation; they are assessed separately rather than treated as automatically deleted with an order copy.
Seller connection credentials are not automatically deleted by the order-copy expiry. The need to retain credentials, separate records and other copies must be considered when a connection is stopped or a privacy request is handled. We do not state a single legal retention period for all transportation and financial records.
7. Stop access or make a privacy request
You may ask about access, correction, stopping an Amazon connection or earlier deletion by emailing wgcapitalebay@gmail.com. Describe the request and identify the affected WG account or order as narrowly as possible. Do not send passwords, application secrets, access tokens or complete payment details.
Requests are handled manually. We need to verify the requester's identity, authority and scope before disclosing or removing information. WG does not currently provide an automated Amazon early-deletion workflow. Sending a request is not confirmation that deletion has been completed, and this policy does not promise a fixed completion time.
A seller may revoke authorization through Amazon's third-party application controls. Pausing access in WG stops subsequent access and automatic shipment confirmation for that connection; it does not itself revoke authorization at Amazon, delete stored records, cancel a shipment or resolve a charge.
Where particular records must be retained for a specific legal obligation, that need and the relevant scope must be considered separately. Deletion requests also require consideration of stored documents, exported copies and backups; the seven-day cleanup is not a claim that every copy has been removed.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service and information handling change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to purposes or authorization scope should be explained before the changed functions are enabled.
