Accounts and permissions

WG access is provided through an account with administrator-assigned functions and shipping services. Use only the accounts and seller stores you are authorized to manage. Customer store connections, imported orders and shipment access are scoped to the customer's WG account and permissions.

Account permissions, store authorization and shipping availability are separate requirements. Sufficient account funds may also be required under the applicable account arrangement. Access to an estimate does not by itself grant permission to purchase a label.

Check the shipment information

Before confirming a shipment, check the sender, recipient, phone number, route, actual package weight, dimensions, selected service and ship date. For international shipments, also check the commodity description, quantities, origin and applicable customs and value information.

Imported item information is a starting point for review. Marketplace prices are not automatically a shipping charge or customs declaration. Address suggestions and lookups do not guarantee deliverability or replace the carrier's requirements.

Quotes and charges

Available services and rates depend on the actual route, package, configured shipping account and returned quote. Review the displayed amount before confirming shipment creation. A quote is an estimate, not a final carrier invoice or a guaranteed delivery commitment.

WG distinguishes estimated charges, recorded shipping debits, approved final charges and a confirmed difference when available. An unknown or unconfirmed value is not zero. Final carrier adjustments, customs duties or taxes may require separate review under the applicable account and shipping arrangements.

Shipment confirmation and documents

Saving a draft or requesting a quote does not purchase a label. The user must separately confirm the shipment and amount. After a successful shipment, available labels and commercial invoices may be opened for printing. Check the document contents and paper format.

A saved label or tracking number does not establish that the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Tracking information depends on the carrier's available records.

Document availability is subject to retention. For Amazon-sourced orders, the current seven-day cleanup also removes associated stored labels and commercial invoices. See the Amazon privacy policy for details.

Amazon order workflow

Amazon customer access is not yet open. When enabled after the required application configuration and approvals, sellers will connect through Amazon's official authorization flow. Order import is manual; refreshing a WG page reads existing WG records rather than importing new orders.

The prepared conversion flow supports eligible unshipped, seller-fulfilled orders. Amazon-fulfilled orders (FBA), cancelled or completed orders, partially fulfilled orders, existing package records and unsupported special delivery programs cannot be used to purchase another WG label.

With separate permission, WG can confirm an existing successful shipment to Amazon using its carrier, tracking number and relevant item quantities. If a result is uncertain, check the existing shipment and marketplace result before another submission. Do not purchase another label to resolve a shipment-confirmation problem.

Changes, cancellation and help

Carrier cancellation, marketplace updates and refunds are separate operations. A request may require verification and remains subject to the actual carrier or marketplace result. Removing a WG record or stopping a connection does not by itself cancel a shipment or issue a refund.

If you need help, contact WG with the account or shipment reference needed to identify the issue. Do not include passwords, access tokens or full payment credentials.
